With a craving for education & missionary zeal Doon Educational Society, Karnal was established & registered with the No.2183 in the year 1995 by its founder member/president esteemed Mrs.Kulwant Kaur a committed educationist & National Awardee along with Mrs Vimal Dhingra another educationist & National Awardee with the sole aim of serving the needy & under privileged section of the society. Consequently the Doon Public School was established in year 2000 & got affiliated to Haryana Board.

Opening of this school has benefited thousands of needy learners & provided them with the quality education along with due to attention to sports & cultural aspect for years together. On the growing demand from our worthily parents this society got a piece of land at Kaithal Road in 2007 & established Doon International School which is now affiliated to CBSE up to 12th Grade, in all streams and subjects.
