Founded by H. H. Swami Chinmayanandaji the three branches of the Vidyalaya are located at Annanagar, Kilpauk and Virugambakkam. Affiliated to the central Board of secondary Education, New Delhi, the Vidyalayas are governed by the educational cell of the Central Chinmaya Mission Trust. The curriculum designed in accordance with the Chinmaya Vision Programme, focusses on a holistic education with emphasis on developing an intergrated personality, Culthral ethos, patriotic fervour and a universal outlook.
